The 36-hole Bogogno Golf Resort (opened in 1997) is located in a scenic region south of Lake Maggiore, with convenient proximity to Milan Malpensa Airport. The golf resort has two beautiful 18-hole golf courses different in layout and style.
In 2006, the Bogogno Golf Resort was the venue for the European Tour Qualifying School. And in 2015 the golf course was chosen among the top ten golf courses in Italy.
The 18-hole Conte Course offers a design reminding of a links course, featuring wide open spaces, numerous flat sections, large lakes and a wild rough in border areas, framed by views of the Monte Rosa massif.
The 18-hole Bonora Course can be described as parkland course. The course runs through a hilly landscape, surrounded by wild nature with numerous untouched streams and woods, as typical of the Ticino natural park area.
