The 27-hole golf course of La Sella Golf (1992) was designed by the famous spanish golfer José María Olazábal. The course lies within the mountains of Montgó Natural Park.The first 9 holes are located between enormous masses of pine trees characterise themselves for their scenic beauty and the spectacular views over Montgó Natural Park. Technically difficult, this is a highly-varied course where the player will have to use almost all clubs. The second 9 holes are located in a flatter terrain with the presence of water and an finish that will decide the final result. The third 9 holes are located in a more elevated area that offers a spectacular view over the sea, the mountain of Segària and Montgó Natural Park. This course, with wider fairways and wider greens is designed for the enjoyment of golf in the middle of nature.
La Sella Golf has been the official home of the European Ladies Golf Cup since 2008, as well as hosting meetings of different Spanish teams and other important events.
