Il Picciolo Golf Club

The 18-hole Il Picciolo Golf Club (founded 1989) is located in a natural amphitheatre on the north-eastern region of the Etna volcano and close to popular tourism destination such as Taormina, Siracusa and Catania. It is part of the Etna’s natural park with many through oaks trees, vineyars and hezelnuts trees. Il Picciolo Golf Club is the first golf course developed in Sicily.

Le Saie Golf Club

The 18 hole Le Saie Golf Club (founded 2014) near Catania in the south of Etna Volcano is the youngest golf course in Sicily. The course with links character was designed by the Milanese architect Franco Piras. In the middle of a beautiful environment you will find an interesting and varied golf course with numerous water hazards.

Verdura Golf Club

The 36-hole Verdura Golf Club (opened in 2009) is located on the south-western coast of Sicily, near the coastal town of Sciacca. Verdura has two 18-hole links style championship courses, the East and the West Course, and a 9-hole Executive Course. All the courses were designed by the famous golf course architect Kyle Phillips.

The 36-hole Antica Locanda del Golf is located in Donnafugata, Ragusa in the south of Sicily. The 18-hole Parkland Course (Par 72) was designed by Gary Player and is surrounded by carobs and olive trees, close to a Greek necropolis. The Links Course (Par 72) is surrounded by a beautiful maquis.

The 18-hole Golf Monasteri near the town of Syracuse is layed out within an 86-hectare orange and lemon trees plantation. The golf course was designed by David and Vincenzo Mezzacane.  Some holes are nestled among fields of the typical prickly pear cactus, some are surrounded by incredible white limestone hills. 

Donnafugata Golf Club

The 36-hole Donnafugata Golf Club near Ragusa in the south of Sicily offers two great golf courses. The “Parkland” Course was designed by famous Gary Player. It runs close to an archaeological site. You will find many tree-lined fairways and insidious greens, which are well defended by deep bunkers. The Parkland course hosted the "Sicilian Open PGA European Tour" in 2011.

Villa Airoldi Golf Club
