Club de Golf Alcanada

The 18 holes of Club de Golf Alcanada (2003) designed by the well known architect Robert Trent Jones Jr, is situated in the northern part of the Mediterranean island of Mallorca, Alcanada is located right by the sea and blends naturally into the typical Mallorcan landscape with pine, and olive trees. The club takes its name from a nearby island just off the shore which can be seen from most of the holes. Apart from the splendid sea view the course offers especially fast greens, well designed holes and a very high standard of maintenance. Alcanada is already recognised by a number of well known golf magazines and golf guides as one of the finest courses in Spain and Europe.

Club de Golf Santa Ponsa I

Opened in 1977, Golf Santa Ponsa I has 18 holes (Par 72) with a total lenght of 6.543 meters, being hole 10th one of the longest Par 5 's in Europe. Hole 6, 609 meters from the championship tee, is the longest hole in Spain and one all golfers look forward to playing.

The par 71 course combines two completely different landscapes in the first and second half. The front nine holes have rolling fairways surrounded by a forest of pine, almond and olive trees. The back nine holes have wider fairways that fall towards the coast.

It offers panoramic views over the Tramuntana mountains, olive groves, the bays of Pollença and Alcudia and s’Albufera reserve. It is of average difficulty and ideal for all players.
