Carmarthen Golf Club


Golf has been played here since 1907, designed by J H Taylor who really left his mark.

Criccieth Golf Club



Criccieth Golf Club has played an important role in the town's heritage. Formed in 1905, one of its founding members was none other than the famous British Prime Minister and local hero David Lloyd George .The premier regularly played at Criccieth with the local boys, but there were occasions when he mixed business with pleasure, and is known to have played here one afternoon with his colleagues Winston Churchill and Andrew Bonar Law.

Royal St. David's Golf Club


A Finish Equal of Any

The Par 69 course has been increased to a challenging 6,629 yds from the Championship Tees following the extension of the practice ground and the reconfiguration of the 17th hole in 2008. It is noted for a succession of long testing par 4 holes and 5 par 3's, which vary in length and direction. A feature is the large size of the greens.

The last 5 holes form a loop through the dunes that provide a finish the equal of any'.


Southerndown Golf Club


This 'limestone-heathland-links' presented the original course architects with a unique tableau on which to work. Willie Fernie, Herbert Fowler, Willie Park, Harry Colt and Donald Steel - some great names in golf course design - have all played their part over the years in creating Southerndown as we know it today.

Swansea Bay Golf Club

The Gower Golf Club

The Gower Golf Club was formed in 1995, by founders John and Olwen Richards and their son Adrian. Prior to this date it was a successful dairy farm producing pedigree dairy cows. The Richards name was synonymous with achievement in the farming community.
